Instructions
1.
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency (about 2-3 minutes).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground lamb until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

To serve, spread the hummus on a plate, top with the cooked lamb, and sprinkle with pomegranate arils and fresh herbs.
