Instructions

1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and black pepper.

2. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

3. While the steak is cooking, prepare the dressing by whisking together tahini, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt in a bowl until smooth.
