Wednesday: keto protein bar. I think my problem before was the afternoon sugar snacks. These protein candy bars really help!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well.

  • 2.

    Add almond butter, coconut flakes, sweetener, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until fully combined.

  • 3.

    Press the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

  • 4.

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

  • 5.

    Once set, cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
