Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil.

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
4.
While the chicken is marinating, place the quartered potatoes in a pot of boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes or until tender.
5.
Add the green beans to the pot for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
6.
Transfer the marinated chicken to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
7.
Drain the potatoes and green beans, then serve alongside the chicken.
