Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, honey, and cinnamon. Mix well until smooth (about 2 minutes).
2.
Stir in chia seeds and let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
3.
Divide the mixture into four serving bowls.
4.
Top each bowl with chopped nuts and fresh fruit.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
