Instructions
1.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the lean ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Once the beef is cooked, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
4.
To assemble, take a lettuce leaf and fill it with a generous scoop of the cooked ground beef.

Top with diced avocado and crumbled feta cheese. Add any optional toppings like diced tomatoes or cilantro.
6.
Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.

1 head of romaine lettuce, leaves separated
3.
1 avocado, diced
4.
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
5.
2 cloves garlic, minced

8.
Optional: diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, lime wedges for serving
