Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, spinach, red onion, bell pepper, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined (5 minutes).

Form the mixture into 4 equal patties (5 minutes).

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (10-14 minutes).

While the burgers are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing low-fat yogurt with diced cucumber, a pinch of salt, and chopped fresh herbs (like dill or mint) (5 minutes).

Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a whole grain bun and topping with the yogurt sauce and additional cucumber slices (5 minutes).
