Instructions
1.
In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, plant-based protein powder, chia seeds, and salt. Mix well.
2.
In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
4.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
5.
Press the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
6.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
7.
Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
