Instructions
1.
In a bowl, mix the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch until well combined. Set aside.
2.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3.
Pour the orange juice mixture over the chicken and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4.
In the last few minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets and green onions, stirring until the broccoli is tender.
5.
Serve the orange chicken over cooked brown rice.

1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed if possible)

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cups cooked brown rice

1 cup broccoli florets
9.
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
