Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
3.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the garlic mixture over the salmon.
4.
In a separate bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them around the salmon on the baking sheet.
5.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6.
While the salmon and Brussels sprouts are baking, prepare the riced cauliflower. In a skillet, sauté the riced cauliflower with a splash of olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
7.
If using, stir in the cheese and crumbled bacon just before serving.

2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
