Instructions
1.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Brush the cod fillets with olive oil and coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the coated cod fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

While the cod is cooking, prepare the sweet potato fries. Toss the sweet potato slices with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, and air fry for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt to create the dressing.

In a large bowl, mix chopped cabbage, shredded carrots, and sliced almonds. Drizzle with the dressing and toss to combine.
8.
Serve the panko breaded cod alongside the cabbage salad and sweet potato fries.
