Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, grapes, strawberries, kalamata olives, uncured ham, and fresh mozzarella.

In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
4.
Top with pistachios, cashews, and crushed multiseed crackers for added crunch.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving.
