Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

2. Season the pork chops with onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

3. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 145°F).

4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.

5. In the same skillet, add the chopped asparagus, carrots, and green bell pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

6. Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
