Instructions
1.
1. Start by laying out the whole wheat bread slices on a clean surface.

2. If using, spread a thin layer of mustard on one side of each slice for added flavor.

3. Layer the lean ham evenly on four slices of bread.

4. Add a handful of fresh spinach on top of the ham for extra fiber.
5.
5. Top with the remaining slices of bread to complete the sandwiches.
6.
6. Cut each sandwich in half and serve with a side of air-popped popcorn.
