Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, and cocoa powder.
2.
In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, honey, and almond milk until smooth.
3.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
4.
Fold in dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using.
5.
Press the mixture into a lined baking dish evenly.
6.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before cutting into bars.

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
