Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts.

  • 2.

    In a separate bowl, mix together peanut butter and honey until smooth.

  • 3.

    Pour the peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until fully combined.

  • 4.

    If the mixture is too dry, add water a tablespoon at a time until it reaches a sticky consistency.

  • 5.

    Fold in dark chocolate chips if using.

  • 6.

    Press the mixture into a lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.

  • 7.

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before cutting into bars.

    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 8.

    1/4 cup water (as needed)
