Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder (if using), chopped nuts, dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt.

Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and form a sticky mixture. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more peanut butter or honey.
3.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the dish, ensuring it's compact.
4.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

Once set, cut into bars and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
