“I had this rx bar today for a snack after a partial workout.. my son was throwing tantrums so I had to cut my workout short and only did 21 minutes so I guess Ill finish it tonight when hes asleep. Anyways the protein bar was the perfect snack.”

Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg whites, chopped almonds, chopped cashews, chopped dates, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
3.
Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
4.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
5.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.
6.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
