Good for you Arielle! Youve successfully incorporated proteins or fiber-rich snacks into your routine this week. Its fantastic to see youve reached your target of 4 and its only Friday!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, and cinnamon. Mix well.

  • 2.

    In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and applesauce until smooth.

  • 3.

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.

  • 4.

    Fold in chopped nuts and dark chocolate chips if using.

  • 5.

    Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the dish.

  • 6.

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set, then cut into bars.
