Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts. Mix well.
2.
In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
4.
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the dish, pressing it down evenly.
5.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set, then cut into bars.
