Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
3.
In another bowl, mix the applesauce, almond milk, sugar-free sweetener, and vanilla extract until well combined.
4.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5.
Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin or silicone molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
6.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7.
Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
8.
Serve warm topped with sugar-free whipped cream.

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt
9.
1 tsp vanilla extract
10.
Sugar-free whipped cream for topping
