Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, and sweetener (if using). Blend until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
2.
Add the unsweetened flaked coconut and blend for an additional 30 seconds to incorporate.
3.
Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami or an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions (about 20-30 minutes).
4.
Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, fold in the Lily's dark chocolate chips.
5.
Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up before serving.
