A delightful snack!! The protein in the yogurt and the fiber in the berries will help keep you full until your next meal. The walnuts add a nice touch of healthy fats too

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, add the container of Two Good yogurt.

  • 2.

    Top the yogurt with the mixed berries.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the berries.

  • 4.

    If using, add chia seeds for extra fiber and omega-3s.

  • 5.

    Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.

    1 container (5.3 oz) Two Good yogurt (or any low-sugar Greek yogurt)

  • 2.

    1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)

  • 3.

    1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
