Instructions

    1. Start by boiling the eggs: Place them in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes.

    2. Once cooked, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes.

    3. Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
