Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine puffed quinoa, cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

If using, drizzle olive oil over the mixture and stir until well combined.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
6.
Let cool before serving.
