Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the sugar-free vanilla yogurt and sugar-free blueberry yogurt until well mixed. (2 minutes)

Fold in the fresh blueberries and chia seeds gently to avoid breaking the berries. (2 minutes)
3.
If desired, add unsweetened shredded coconut and vanilla extract for extra flavor. (1 minute)
4.
Divide the mixture into four serving bowls or containers. (2 minutes)
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
