Cottage cheese nectarine and celery

Fantastic snack! Your healthy snack choice of cottage cheese nectarine and celery is a good mix of lean protein and fiber. Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, add 2 cups of low-fat cottage cheese.

  • 2.

    Slice the nectarines and arrange them on top of the cottage cheese.

  • 3.

    Cut the celery into sticks and place them on the side.

  • 4.

    Sprinkle chia seeds and cinnamon on top if desired.

  • 5.

    Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy protein snack!

  • 3.

    2 stalks of celery, cut into sticks

  • 4.

    1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added fiber)

  • 5.
