Instructions

In a mixing bowl, add the non-fat Greek yogurt.

Stir in the chopped almonds until evenly distributed.
3.
If desired, add honey and cinnamon for sweetness and flavor.
4.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
