Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.
Spread the almonds on a baking sheet and toast them for about 5 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
3.
In a bowl, mix the melted dark chocolate with honey or maple syrup if using.
4.
Once the almonds are toasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
5.
Dip each almond into the chocolate mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
6.
Place the dipped almonds on parchment paper and sprinkle with lemon zest and sea salt.
7.
Let them cool completely until the chocolate hardens.
