Instructions

1. Start by crumbling the Yasso bars into small pieces and set aside.

2. If using spinach, chop it finely and mix it into the muffin batter before baking or sprinkle it on top of the muffin.

3. Take the Veggies Made Great Muffins and place them in a bowl.

4. Top the muffins with the crumbled Yasso bars.
5.
5. For added nutrition, sprinkle chia seeds on top.
6.
6. Enjoy your healthy protein snack immediately!
