Instructions

1. Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes.

2. Cool the eggs: Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for about 5 minutes.

3. Peel the eggs: Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half.

4. Season: Drizzle hot sauce over the eggs and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Optional: If using spinach, sauté it lightly in a non-stick pan until wilted, then serve alongside the eggs.
