Instructions

  • 1.

    In a medium bowl, add the low-fat cottage cheese.

  • 2.

    Dice the fresh peaches and add them to the bowl with the cottage cheese.

  • 3.

    If using, sprinkle chia seeds and cinnamon over the mixture.

  • 4.

    Gently stir to combine all ingredients until well mixed.

  • 5.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
