Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the raw cashews, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.

If using, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the mixture and stir until well combined.
3.
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4.
Allow to sit for about 10 minutes to let the chia seeds absorb moisture and bind the mixture.

Once set, break into clusters and serve.
