Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, add the cottage cheese and stir until creamy (2 minutes).
2.
Wash the grapes thoroughly and add them to the bowl with the cottage cheese (3 minutes).
3.
If using, sprinkle chia seeds and cinnamon over the mixture and stir gently to combine (2 minutes).
4.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes for a chilled snack.
