Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.
In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
3.
In another bowl, combine the applesauce, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
4.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
5.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
6.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
7.
Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa or higher)
7.
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt
9.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
