“Chickpeas and smoothie”

Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a bowl, toss the drained chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3.
Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy.
4.
While the chickpeas are roasting, prepare the smoothie. In a blender, combine almond milk, protein powder, banana, and almond butter (if using).
5.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add spinach for extra fiber and blend again.
6.
Serve the roasted chickpeas alongside the smoothie for a satisfying snack.
