Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the unsalted cashews, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the cashews are evenly coated (about 2 minutes).

Spread the cashew mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even roasting.
5.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
