Instructions
1.
Wash and cut the celery stalks into 3-4 inch pieces (2 minutes).
2.
In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter with Greek yogurt for a creamier texture (2 minutes).
3.
Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the celery grooves (3 minutes).
4.
Sprinkle chia seeds on top if using (1 minute).
5.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
