Head salary with peanut butter as one of my snacks. This is always been one of my go to when Im eating right. I actually enjoyed this as much as a candy bar.

Instructions

  • 1.

    Wash and cut the celery stalks into 3-4 inch pieces (2 minutes).

  • 2.

    In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter with Greek yogurt for a creamier texture (2 minutes).

  • 3.

    Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the celery grooves (3 minutes).

  • 4.

    Sprinkle chia seeds on top if using (1 minute).

  • 5.

    Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

    1/2 cup natural peanut butter (no added sugar)

  • 3.

    1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional for added protein)

  • 4.

    1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added fiber)
