Instructions
1.
In a bowl, scoop out the unsweetened Greek yogurt and place it in serving bowls.
2.
Top the yogurt with mixed berries, distributing evenly among the bowls.
3.
Add the chocolate protein squares on top or serve them on the side.
4.
Sprinkle chia seeds over the top for added fiber, if desired.
5.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness, if preferred.

4 chocolate protein squares (or similar protein-rich chocolate snack)
