The combination of yogurt with granola berries honey and a Quest Chocolate chip cookie dough protein bar sounds both delicious and nutritious. Its wonderful to see you making such positive choices!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom.

  • 2.

    Add 1/4 cup of granola on top of the yogurt.

  • 3.

    Layer 1/4 cup of mixed berries over the granola.

  • 4.

    Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with berries on top.

  • 5.

    Drizzle honey over the top if desired.

  • 6.

    Serve with a Quest Protein Bar on the side.

    1 cup granola (low sugar)

  • 3.

    1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 4.

    1 tablespoon honey (optional)
