Instructions

1. Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and cover with BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 6 hours until tender.

2. Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks and mix it with the remaining BBQ sauce.

3. While the pork is cooking, prepare the vegetables: slice the mushrooms, carrot sticks, and mini bell peppers.

4. Serve the pulled pork with a side of veggies and a dollop of hummus topped with everything bagel seasoning.
