Instructions
1.
Prepare the quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool (about 10 minutes).
2.
In a bowl, mix the cooked quinoa with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and sliced avocado.
3.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each wrap.
4.
Layer the quinoa mixture and sliced chicken breast on the wraps.
5.
Roll the wraps tightly and slice them in half.
6.
Serve with apple slices on the side.

4 whole grain or high-fiber wraps

2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced

1 avocado, sliced

1 cup lettuce, shredded
