Instructions
1.
Cook the red lentil pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 7-9 minutes). Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add green beans to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
In the same skillet, add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

In a separate saucepan, heat the homemade red sauce over low heat until warmed through.
6.
To serve, place the cooked pasta on plates, top with red sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve with sautéed green beans and spinach on the side.
