Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce and sliced roast beef.

Add the sliced pickles and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
3.
If using, add the low-fat cheese.
4.
Drizzle with your choice of low-calorie dressing and toss gently to combine.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
