Instructions
1.
1. Start by laying out the slices of whole grain bread on a clean surface.
2.
2. Spread 1 tsp of mayonnaise on one slice and 1 tsp of mustard on another.
3.
3. Layer the roast beef evenly on one slice of bread.
4.
4. Add the arugula, tomato slices, pickles, and onion on top of the roast beef.
5.
5. Place the avocado slices on top of the vegetables.
6.
6. Top with the second slice of bread, mustard side down.
7.
7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.

1 medium tomato, sliced
