Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
Spread the drained and rinsed chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel and pat them dry to remove excess moisture (about 5 minutes).
3.
In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
4.
Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
6.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
