Instructions
1.
Prepare the vegetables: Wash and chop the salad greens, halve the cherry tomatoes, shred the carrots, and steam the broccoli florets. (5 minutes)
2.
Cook the Dr. Praeger's burgers according to package instructions, then chop them into bite-sized pieces. (10 minutes)
3.
In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, tomatoes, carrots, and broccoli. (2 minutes)
4.
Add the chopped burgers and guacamole to the salad. (2 minutes)
5.
Top with vegan cheese slices and drizzle with avocado oil. Toss gently to combine. (1 minute)
