Instructions

1. Start by washing and preparing all the vegetables. Chop the lettuce, dice the tomatoes, slice the cucumber, and green pepper.

2. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, baby corn, and green pepper.

3. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the salad.

4. Sprinkle the black olives, sunflower seeds, and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

5. Drizzle the yogurt dressing evenly across the salad.
