Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • 2.

    In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet.

  • 3.

    Place the salmon fillets on the same baking sheet, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.

  • 4.

    Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  • 5.

    While the salmon and broccoli are baking, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • 6.

    Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  • 7.

    Add the mixed greens to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  • 8.

    Serve the baked salmon alongside the broccoli and sautéed greens.

    1 lemon, juiced

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
