Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4.
Brush the salmon with the olive oil mixture and squeeze lemon juice over the top.
5.
Arrange the broccoli florets around the salmon on the baking sheet.
6.
Drizzle the remaining olive oil mixture over the broccoli and toss to coat.
7.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
8.
If using spinach, add it to the baking sheet for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
9.
Serve hot, garnished with lemon zest.

4 salmon fillets (about 4-6 oz each)

2 cups broccoli florets

2 tablespoons olive oil
4.
1 teaspoon garlic powder
5.
1 teaspoon paprika
6.
Salt and pepper to taste

1 lemon (for juice and zest)
8.
1 cup spinach (optional for added fiber)
